Faced with the stark reality of unaffordable housing within our own community, we decided it was time to challenge the status quo. The current housing market, with its soaring prices for even the most modest homes, propelled us into action. Thus, BoxHouse was born; an innovative solution that goes beyond the conventional, making affordable living a reality.

With this ethos, we set out to create BoxHouse, a tiny home solution designed to be easily accessible and incredibly affordable. Our homes, strategically kept under 400 sq ft to comply with zoning and coding regulations, became the cornerstone of a vision to redefine modern living.

Expanding Horizons: From St. George to the Permian Basin
As our vision aligned with our product, our search for more land led us to the vast expanses of West TX, nestled in the Permian Basin. Here, we discovered another housing need – workforce housing for the dedicated oil workers in the region. Seizing the opportunity, we acquired RV parks and embarked on building BoxHouse Villages.
The existing options failed to meet our standards of comfort, affordability, and sustainability. Our aim is simple: to provide a superior living experience for the dedicated oil workers in the Permian Basin, transforming traditional notions of workforce housing into thriving communities that embody the essence of home.

Our BoxHouse Villages serve a dual purpose – providing workforce housing for oil workers and offering nightly rentals for travelers. Moreover, we recognize the power of community investment.
