Our talented team has worked diligently to find innovative solutions to enhance the functionality and aesthetics of our homes. We’re proud to announce that our BoxHouses now feature internal wiring neatly tucked within the walls, creating a cleaner, more polished appearance and greatly improving functionality. Additionally, we’ve introduced three stunning variations of pitched roofs that not only elevate the visual appeal of our BoxHouses but also provide enhanced weathering capabilities.
Upgraded Windows and Doors:
We’ve made significant improvements to our windows and doors to enhance energy efficiency and aesthetics. Our windows are now low-e and tinted, offering a higher R-value for better insulation. We’ve also removed the grid lines on the window and door frames, creating a sleeker, more modern look. For added convenience and safety, we’ve incorporated digital door locks, making access easier and more secure.
Improved Insulation and Wall Thickness:
In our commitment to providing the most comfortable and efficient living spaces, we’ve thickened the walls of our BoxHouses. The original design featured thinner walls, but we’ve now replaced them with a thicker version, significantly increasing the R-value and improving overall insulation. This upgrade ensures that our homes stay cozy in the winter and cool in the summer, while also reducing energy consumption.
Versatile Interior Layouts:
We started with a back kitchen studio layout, but after listening to your valuable feedback, we’ve now introduced a front kitchen studio model. This change has allowed for a more efficient use of space and improved flow within the home. For those who need more room, we’ve developed a fantastic two-bedroom model, complete with separate rooms and walls, offering privacy and comfort for families or those who require more living space.
Customizable Options and Hidden Appliances:
We believe that every home should be a reflection of its occupants’ unique lifestyle and requirements. That’s why we’ve introduced customizable options for our front kitchen models. Some homes now feature extra beds in the back, perfect for accommodating guests or growing families, while others incorporate a dedicated office space, catering to the needs of remote workers or entrepreneurs. We’ve also made clever design changes to hide the washer and dryer inside cabinetry or under the kitchen island, maximizing space and creating a clutter-free environment.
