28 Homes Installed in Pecos, TX
One of our most significant achievements in recent weeks has been the installation of 28 BoxHouse units in Pecos, TX. This project showcases the versatility and adaptability of our housing solutions, as we were able to successfully integrate our homes into the unique landscape and community of Pecos. The completion of this project is a testament to the skill and dedication of our team, and we’re confident that these homes will provide their residents with a comfortable, sustainable living experience for years to come.
Big Star Project: 100 Homes and Counting
In addition to the Pecos installation, we’re also making great strides in our Big Star project. We’ve recently delivered the first 50 homes to the site, with another 50 set to follow soon. This large-scale project demonstrates the scalability of our housing solutions and our ability to meet the growing demand for sustainable living options. We’re excited to see the positive impact these homes will have on the Big Star community and beyond.
Enhancing the BoxHouse Village in Monahans
At our BoxHouse Village in Monahans, we’re continuing to enhance the living experience for our residents. We’ve recently completed the installation of fiber internet, providing fast and reliable connectivity for all. Next on our agenda is the installation of solar panels on every unit in the village, which will further increase the self-sufficiency and sustainability of the community. By harnessing the power of the sun, we’re able to reduce our reliance on traditional energy sources and minimize our environmental impact.
Our R&D team has been thinking outside the box, and the result is a stunning new BoxHouse design that’s pushing the boundaries of sustainable living.
FunkBros Youtubers Collaborate with BoxHouse
We were also thrilled to welcome the FunkBros Youtubers to our facility last week. These popular content creators got an inside look at our operations and experienced the BoxHouse difference firsthand. We’re always eager to collaborate with like-minded individuals and organizations to spread the word about sustainable living and inspire others to embrace eco-friendly lifestyles. Unveiling the New BoxHouse Mockup
On the design front, we’re excited to unveil our latest BoxHouse mockup. This updated model features a fresh new exterior color palette that better aligns with our branding and reflects the modern, innovative spirit of our company. We’ve also incorporated a 3/12 roof pitch, which not only enhances the overall aesthetics of the home but also improves its R-value, making it even more energy-efficient. Perhaps most exciting of all, these new models can be installed even faster than before, further streamlining the construction process and making sustainable living more accessible than ever.
The Duplex Version of BoxHouse: Coming Soon
Finally, we’re making significant progress on our Duplex Version of the BoxHouse, with the prototype set to arrive very soon! This new offering will provide even more flexibility and options for those seeking sustainable, affordable housing solutions.
