Storage, Wrapping, and Mobile Branding
Before shipment, completed BoxHouses are stored in containers across the facility. In one of our warehouses, each unit is wrapped in custom protective vinyl for transport. After wrapping, our high-resolution vertical printer applies logos, artwork, and branded concepts so every BoxHouse becomes a moving billboard on its journey to its destination.
Innovation Lab & Fabrication
A dedicated warehouse houses our product development team—Amos, Ian, Max, and Duane—who prototype new concepts and refine existing models. Equipped with advanced metal-fabrication machinery, CNC machines, welders, 3D printers, and a full digital design suite, the team works continuously to push the boundaries of what modular housing can do.
Heavy Equipment & Operations
Across the 50-acre property, our crews operate cranes, telehandlers, forklifts, and other heavy equipment required to move, test, and stage units. Every structure, layout, and deployment workflow is designed, lifted, repositioned, and analyzed on-site.
Inventory & Supply Storage
Another warehouse manages the inventory of appliances and operational supplies—washers, dryers, refrigerators, electrical components, tools, and everything needed to maintain consistent production and property operations.
Full Mechanic Shop
To keep the entire operation moving, we maintain a complete mechanic shop dedicated to servicing our heavy equipment fleet, work trucks, and office vehicles. This ensures the BoxHouse campus stays fully operational and ready for rapid deployment at all times.
