Steve Castleton is a Member of the Board of Directors and Chief Revenue Officer at Boxhouse. As CRO, Steve leads revenue strategy and operations and is building BoxHouse's distribution channels across its core verticals. Steve brings more than 25 years of experience spanning technical accounting, finance, product development, transaction management, business development, and client relationship management.
Before joining BoxHouse, Steve sourced and acquired residential, industrial, office, and hospitality real estate at Property Reserve.
Previously, Steve spent 20 years at Chatham Financial, a global advisory and technology firm specializing in financial risk management, where he rose to Managing Director. He was a leading technical expert on hedging transactions, explored new lines of business, managed key client relationships, and led business development for the financial services sector.
Prior to Chatham Financial, Steve worked on financial services clients for Ernst & Young, on the client services team at Bridgewater Associates, and on the Derivative and Hedging project at the Financial Accounting Standards Board.
Steve graduated from Brigham Young University in 2000 with a Master’s of Accountancy.
