Chairman

Clark Maxwell

Clark Maxwell serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of BoxHouse. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Equity Methods, LLC. Clark brings over 25 years of experience in executive leadership, finance, treasury, accounting, financial risk management, and business development.

Clark served as Chief Executive Officer of Chatham Financial, a global leader in the debt and derivatives markets, from 2019 until 2022. From 2002 through 2018, Clark held several other leadership positions at Chatham, including Chief Operating Officer, Managing Director of Accounting Advisory Services, and Director of Financial Institutions. During his 20-year tenure at Chatham, he helped the company grow into the largest employee-owned capital markets firm serving the real estate, corporates, financial services, and private equity industries, with over $1.5 trillion of debt on its market-leading software system and executing over $750 billion of trades annually.

Prior to joining Chatham, Clark worked in the assurance practice at Ernst & Young (including the National Office) and served as a derivatives and hedging subject matter expert for the firm. Prior to EY, Clark worked at the Financial Accounting Standards Board on the development of Statement 133, Accounting for Derivative Instruments and Hedging Activities. Clark also served on the Board of Directors of the Federal Agricultural Mortgage Corporation (Farmer Mac) for 12 years, from 2008 until 2020.

From July 2022 until June 2025, Clark served as President of the Idaho Boise Mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Over the course of this three-year voluntary assignment, he oversaw the leadership, training, and development of over 700 missionaries.

Clark is a former CPA and received his bachelor’s degree, summa cum laude, and Master of Accountancy from Brigham Young University.

David Jolley

David has spent the past 36 years working with high-growth companies and entrepreneurs in industries, including technology, software, life sciences, consumer products, and others, to help them develop and execute their growth strategies.

As an audit partner with Ernst & Young, he worked with more than 25 companies on their IPOs, including Vivint, Energy Solutions, Ancestry.com, Skullcandy, Omniture, Control4, and others. He also advised numerous other companies on public securities offerings, registration statements, mergers and acquisitions, roll-ups, and other unique transactions.

David served as EY’s Office Managing Partner (OMP) in Salt Lake City for 10 years, during which time EY dominated the Utah market. During this period, EY advised on or audited every Utah-based IPO.

In 2013, David relocated to Silicon Valley, where, as the West Region Managing Partner of Markets, he was responsible for driving EY’s go-to-market strategy in the Western US across all industries and EY’s service offerings. From EY’s San Jose office, he oversaw more than 4,000 high-performing professionals who served clients across the West region, from start-ups to the largest global brands.

After 4 years leading the West Region for EY, David relocated to New York City and became EY’s Growth Markets Leader. In that role, David was responsible for setting the overall strategic direction of EY’s Growth Markets practice, a cross-service line network of professionals that advises entrepreneurial, high-growth companies headquartered in the Americas. In this role, he was also responsible for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Program throughout the Americas.After retiring from EY in 2023, David joined Domo, a publicly traded software company in Utah, as the CFO. Domo’s technology allows companies to connect all their data, organize it, store it, and visualize it to make more informed business decisions. As CFO, he was responsible for all of the company’s accounting/finance functions and for helping to drive Domo’s corporate strategy. In 2025, David stepped down as the CFO and currently serves on Domo’s board of directors.

David also serves on the advisory boards for the Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah and the Woodbury School of Business at Utah Valley University.

Tim Perry

Tim Perry is the Chief Executive Officer of BoxHouse, Inc., a leading innovator in factory-built and foldable housing solutions. With over two decades of experience in finance, construction, and real estate development, Tim brings a unique blend of strategic, financial, and operational leadership to the company’s mission of redefining affordable housing in America.

Before joining BoxHouse, Tim was a principal and CFO of Martin Lake Energy Services, where he helped lead the company through a successful acquisition after years of growth serving major oil and gas clients across East Texas.  Tim has worked as a private real estate developer and builder, managing large-scale residential and subdivision projects in partnership with private equity investors.

Tim also served as a full-time adjunct professor at Boise State University’s College of Business, where he taught courses, served on committees, and mentored the next generation of business leaders.

He earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate from Louisiana State University in Shreveport (LSUS) and an MBA from Boise State University.

Outside of his professional work, Tim is devoted to his wife, Sarah, and their twelve children. Together, they enjoy Idaho’s great outdoors, especially boating. He is deeply committed to his faith, family, and community service.
